A Banarasi fusion built in registers rather than one repeat. The kalis start as narrow pastel strips — butter yellow, sky blue, rose, sage, cream — each carrying its own little jharokha arch and flowering urn. A row of blue peacocks runs across the middle. Below them the panels open into large octagonal medallion tiles in green, coral, yellow and cream, and the hem closes on oversized blooms worked in pearl clusters over a gold gota edge.

The blouse is cut from the same multicolour cloth with a bead-drop fringe, and the set is finished with a heavy net dupatta in haldi yellow, bordered in fuchsia and embroidered along the full drop.

Fully stitched and ready to wear. Enough colour to hold a carnival floor, enough weight to sit right on the bride's mother on the wedding day.
