Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification.

Domestic Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders for a limited time.

In-Store Pickup:

Opt for free local pickup at our Surat store. Your order will be ready for pickup within 0 to 1 business days after placing the order. We will notify you via email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Store Pickup Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM onwards. Please bring your order confirmation email for pickup.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping via FEDEX to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Mauritius, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands.

Note: We do not currently ship to Pakistan.

Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are based on the size of the package, not its weight, due to lehenga's voluminous nature. After finalizing your order, kindly contact us for a custom quote.

Import Duties and Taxes:

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT) upon reaching your destination country. As the customer, you are responsible for these charges if they apply.

Order Status:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delayed Delivery:

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly contact us at jmsstudio.store@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will promptly investigate the matter for you.
