Refund policy
7-Day Return Policy: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
As a wholesale factory outlet, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged or Manufacturing Fault: If the product you received is damaged or has a manufacturing fault.
- Wrong Item Shipped: In case a wrong item has been shipped to you.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at jmsstudio.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Video Documentation: We strongly recommend making a video while opening your order package. This will assist in the evaluation process in case of any issues.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
