Slate blue organza — crisp, faintly translucent, and left almost bare through the body so the border can carry the whole thing. Down the pallu and along the hem, resham vines are worked in coral, pink, gold and green, a proper multicolour garden against a cool grey-blue ground.

Organza holds its shape rather than clinging, so this one sits sculpturally on the shoulder. Comes with an unstitched blouse piece.
