Rust red viscose silk with velvet polka dots woven into the cloth — each dot raised slightly, with a soft nap that holds light differently from the silk around it. A silver-gold zari border runs the length.

No added handwork; the weave is the whole idea, and on a warm brick red the velvet reads almost black until it catches the light. Comes with an unstitched blouse piece.
