Chevron bands and arched cartouches climb the skirt from a scalloped hem, worked in cutdana handwork with a shimmer running between them. The pattern is tone on tone, so the pink stays the loudest thing on the floor and the work reads as texture rather than contrast.

The long-sleeve blouse has a V neckline and a beaded fringe at the hem, and the sheer net dupatta carries scattered motifs and an embroidered border. It is semi-stitched, so the blouse is made to your measurements, up to size 42.
