Deep bottle green organza from the Padmini line — a colour that photographs far richer than it sounds, and one of the few that works on everyone in the room. Silver zari draws a diamond jaal up the panels, and inside it resham flowers open in coral, pink and butter yellow, so the piece reads silver from across the room and multicolour up close.

Organza gives the flare its stand-away shape without adding weight — the reason this one suits a long day of functions rather than a single seated ceremony. The matching organza dupatta carries scattered floral sprays and a deep scalloped border; the blouse repeats the same work.
