The skirt is built as a grid. Squares of pastel net — blush, powder blue, butter yellow, sage — set into an off white ground, each one holding a single silver-gold floral medallion, the whole thing gridded off in beaded lines like a window. Nothing repeats in the same order twice as it goes round.
The hem breaks the grid: deep scalloped fans worked edge to edge in silver, which is what stops the patchwork reading flat and gives the flare an ending.
Net throughout, with a matching net dupatta scattered with sequin and bordered to match. Light on the shoulder for something with this much surface detail.
The blouse ships semi-stitched and can be tailored to a full sleeve.
