Cutdana handwork covers the skirt in scrolling vines and florals, building toward a scalloped hem, and the full flare moves like water. The wrap-front blouse has full sleeves in a net lattice and a fringe of beaded drops along the hem, and the net dupatta is heavily worked with a long train.
