Columns of round sequin and bead medallions run down every panel of the rani pink raw silk, with small gold and cream birds hovering between them. Lower down, tall floral motifs rise into a row of arched niches, and the hem band turns into a procession: elephants under canopies with figures walking beside them, set between scalloped borders in zari, beads and sequins.

The skirt falls in a wide, full flare. The set comes with two net dupattas, both finished with heavy embroidered borders, and a raw silk blouse with an embroidered neckline and sleeve borders.
