Gold peacocks and paisleys stand on every panel of the maroon raw silk, between slim vertical gold lines and scattered butis. The hem is a deep band of its own: elephants with riders and small garden scenes, set between scalloped gold borders.

It comes with two net dupattas. One carries a scalloped border in heavy handwork, and the other is lighter. The raw silk blouse has a deep V back with tie-up cords and a scalloped edge on the neckline and sleeves.
