A boutique piece from the Damsel line — India's animals and birds worked into the cloth rather than printed onto it. Peacocks, deer and creatures move through flowering vines across the whole skirt, drawn in multicolour resham, with moti handwork laid over the top so the motifs sit raised rather than flat.
That layering is the point. Resham gives the colour and the drawing; the moti gives it relief and catches light as you move. It is slower work than embroidery alone, and it is why the piece reads as made rather than manufactured.
Soft silk throughout — lehenga, blouse and dupatta — so it falls in a full flare without the stiffness of raw silk. On white the embroidery has nowhere to hide: every colour in the resham reads at full strength, which is the whole argument for a pale ground under work this detailed.
This is a limited boutique piece. It is not part of a bulk run.
