Wine net with sequins falling down it in fine vertical lines — the skirt catches light in stripes rather than all at once, which is what keeps a dark colour from going flat. At the hem the lines break into a band of small multicolour flowers, coral and green against the wine. Soft net over a silk lining with double can-can, so the flare is big but the weight is not.
