Cherry Blossom - Mystic Blue Tissue Stone & Sequin Lehenga

A dusky, smoked blue — somewhere between steel and teal — on tissue that already shimmers before any work goes near it. The stone and sequin is set in fanned scalloped panels, each one opening like a feather down the skirt, and it deepens into a heavy scalloped band at the hem. The silverwork reads antique rather than bright against the blue, which is what keeps the whole thing from tipping into costume.
